Amberwing – Center for Youth & Family Well-Being
The meeting spaces at Amberwing are available to rent for activities and events related to the mission of Amberwing—for example, events and activities surrounding wellness, mental health, yoga, consultation, collaboratives, etc.

Monday through Friday, 6am–10pm
Saturday & Sunday, 7:30am–9:30pm
Not available on holidays
Those renting rooms will have access to tables, chairs and audiovisual/technology equipment contained in the room. All other supplies needed for the event, including, but not limited to food and beverages, writing materials, display materials, etc., are the responsibility of the event coordinator.
It is expected that the room used for the event will be returned to its original state, with chairs and tables returned to their original place. Lights and other electronics must be shut down. Materials brought in must be removed and the facility secured.
Front Meeting Room
Capacity: 20
Four hours or less: $200 ($50/hr for 4 hours)
More than four hours: $300 ($37.50/hr for 8 hours)
Room description
The front meeting room includes tables and chairs with additional folding chairs and tables available. A sink, apartment-sized refrigerator and a dishwasher are also available.
Technology
Technology included in your rental rate includes: Neat Bar Pro Excellent with superior speaker/microphone array. Excellent for remote executive board meetings. Face framing technology. Bring your own laptop and memory stick.
Community Education Space
Classroom Style Capacity: 20

Room description
The community education space can be set up with tables and chairs or simply be used for activities like yoga classes. (Maximum capacity may depend on your activity or desired layout)
Kitchen (non-commercial)
$50/hr
Amberwing kitchens are suitable for cooking classes. Kitchen includes a full-sized refrigerator, full-size stove, sink, silverware, plates, bowls and cups.
