The sauna will be delivered at the beginning of October (see rules of delivery section).

Terms for the Agreement of Purchase

By successfully bidding on the sauna, the purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Miller-Dwan Foundation, its affiliates, employees, successors and assigns against any claim of personal injury or property damage not covered by insurance that may occur as a result of failure, safety or other issues that arise from the construction and use of the sauna constructed by or for Miller-Dwan Foundation for sale to the public at CyberCetera. A signed purchase agreement will be required to finalize the sale.

Rules of Delivery
The Miller-Dwan Foundation will arrange and pay for transportation of the sauna within a twenty-mile radius of Johnson Wilson Constructors. Additional fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Volunteers will assist with the transfer and placement of the sauna on the day of delivery.

The sauna is scheduled for delivery to the purchaser’s home on Friday, October 9, 2020. Arrangements for the delivery must be made with the Miller-Dwan Foundation office by Monday, October 5, 2020. At that time, it will be necessary to indicate any special considerations that may affect the placement of the sauna, such as narrow roads, ditches and uneven terrain. A site visit prior to the delivery may be necessary in some cases. If the purchaser cannot accept delivery on October 9, 2020, the sauna can be delivered to a storage area that is arranged by and paid for by the purchaser of the sauna. After October 9, 2020, the purchaser will be responsible for insuring the sauna and its transfer. The Miller-Dwan Foundation does not accept responsibility for any transportation of the sauna that takes place after October 9, 2020. Recommendations for site preparation are available upon request from the Miller-Dwan Foundation.
