Solvay Hospice House Compassionate Care Fund – "Friends of Solvay"
No effort is too big or small; you can lead your own fundraising effort for the Compassionate Care Fund. Your effort will bring compassionate, life-affirming care to all – regardless of ability to pay, in addition to helping with careful and consistent maintenance to preserve the beauty and spirit of the home.

Women Leading Change - High Heels and High Expectations
"A woman is the full circle. Within her is the power to create, nurture and transform.
- Diane Mariechild
"Woman must not accept; she must challenge. She must not be awed by that which has been built up around her; she must reverence that woman in her which struggles for expression."
- Margaret Snager
Isn't it amazing what women and her friends can do? You've seen and experienced it, and now we're calling all local women to join us in an effort to lead change in our community. Our children our suffering and some are even dying due to untreated mental illness. In Duluth, we are losing an average of 2 kids every month to death by suicide. This is unacceptable, and you have the power to lead the change. Join us as we work to end this epidemic with our Turning Point campaign. We'll be holding several events a year for women only, to learn, be inspired, advocate, share, and lead change. Click here for details about our first event on March 18th.
